Hi Guys,
I am running BuddyPress Social. I created a new site and activated BuddyPress and set the BuddyPress Social Theme.
On the Members Page and in Widgets no Members show up even though there are three users that show up in Users in the Admin panel.
Any thoughts?
EDIT: Actually the filter was causing no Members to display. It was set to "Last Active" and since there was not activity it was not showing any members. Switching to Alphabetical shows two members.
Still an issue: However I still do not see myself, a Super Admin, in the member list at all. Nor do any members show up in the Widget area. In the Widget area it says that "No one has signed up yet!"
TYIA,
~eric

Hey there.
Was just testing this on my install and it seems to work as expected.]
Do you get the same behaviour in the default BuddyPress theme?
Let me know.
Take care.

Tim,
I have never run the default BuddyPress default Theme so I do not know what the behavior would be there or if the widget system is even even the same.

So if you can please test in the default BP theme, the behaviour should be the same with relation to the members section and the widget.
I tested in that and it works for me also.
If the behaviour is the same then I suspect there might be a plugin changing/conflicting there. The best way to test that would be deactivate all other plugins and test again.
Thanks.

I set BuddyPress Default as the Theme and I still do not show up in the Members list.
Just to confirm I show up in the Users list in the Administration panel as an Administrator. I am also a SuperAdmin.

Greetings ericslangley,
I agree with Tim on
Could you please try the standard plugin troubleshooting. Deactivate all other plugins to see if the issue disappears, if yes, please reactivate them one at a time and see which plugin causes the issue to re-appear.
Please advise
Cheers

Ya if it happens in the default theme then it doesn't sound like the BP Social theme here.
Let us know how you go with those plugins.
Thanks.

Hey @ericslangley
How are you going with this?
We haven't heard from you in a short while so I thought I would check in.
If you need more assistance then please reopen the thread or make a new one if you wish.
Take care.

This was because they had not logged in or had any activity yet, even though they were members they didn't show up.

Awesome, glad you got this one figured out.
They won't show in Active unless they are active, I presumed you had logged in with the account.
Good news!
