Hi,
I would like to be able to email users on different membership subscriptions separately for marketing purposes.
Is there a way I can export user emails with the subscription package they are on? When exporting user data with a few plugins I just get the wordpress data and nothing about what membership package the users are on.

Hey there.
Membership offers a pinging system, this can be used for such things. In fact our manual shows you an example of this with MailChimp.

This will add em and remove em if needed upon signup and expiry.
Unfortunately you would need to employ a developer if you need something custom to export email & membership sub.
