I have reported this problem before and was assured that it would be corrected with the membership updates, but it has not.
My membership site, http://sisterhoodofsupport.com has been up and running for 10 months. The gateway is 2checkout. New members are listed immediately, but cancellations are not updated--I must do them by hand. Also the monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual memberships are not updated either. The members list only shows the date that they first signed up.
As my membership grows this has become quite a challenge.

I first wrote about this last July, and I have been patiently waiting for someone to fix this as promised several times. I am seriously considering cancelling my WPMU subscription and changing membership programs..
Please do something to fix this as I cannot continue to update manually.

Hey JoAnn, hope you are well! :-)
The new system which Barry referred to is a total rewrite of the plugin. This does take some time and for that I apologise.
I am seriously considering cancelling my WPMU subscription and changing membership programs..
I appreciate your frustration, I've been there. I just hope that the help I've personally offered you through FTP and web administering when fixing aspects of your website not relating to our products would be enough for you to keep faith in us for a while longer. :-)
The new version will be a lot easier to work with as well. :-)
As you may have noticed recently we have been recruiting new members of staff including developers, this will ease the load on our current developers enabling them to concentrate on new releases.
Thanks Tim, and I certainly do appreciate all your help with my site.:-)
I am anxious to see the new version of the membership plugin, and if it is what you say then it will be well worth the wait.
All I ask is a little update once in a while as to when the new version is expected to be released so I don't feel forgotten out here with the problems.

Hey JoAnn.
I promise if I had an update to give you then I would. :-)
I know that Barry in the SVN (where our code is kept and updated) the other day when I looked had made something like 50 commits of code that one day (50 different updates). So he is busy at it. :-)
If I could give an ETA I would love to, but sometimes if something happens and it gets delayed it causes disappointment and frustration. So to avoid that we don't give them.

Hiya!
Can you point me to the original thread where you were told it'd be sorted in a future update please?
Thanks,
Phil

Okay, thanks. Let me get the developer in for an update as I can't see anything related to this on the changelog.
Thanks

Sorry for the delay here, let me nudge Barry to see where that update is.
Thanks!

Gateways are getting a revamp as I type so I'll make sure this is included in the new system

Please let me know when this is completed. It is very frustrating to have to update everything manually.
Thanks.

Greetings JoAnn :-)
I am very sorry and sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this issue - it seems your ticket somehow got buried in the system.
If you are still having an issue with this please let us know so that we may try to get you fixed up as soon as possible.
This will also bring your ticket up front back in plain view again :-)

Thanks so much for that update Tim, as long as I see light at the end of the tunnel I'm fine.
Take care. ~ JoAnn
