On your server can you go to /home/contnets/00/8035100/html/wp-contents/plugins/membership/membershippublicincludes/class/membershippublic.php and is there a file? If not, try reinstalling. If there is then look at you file permissions but the error you have says the file's missing

I am having the same problem. The error is on line 422 of the membershippublic.php file. The file is in the membershipincludes/classes folder. Line 422 indicates the following:
echo strstr(ABSPATH, $uploadpath);
I changed my masked download path to wp-content/uploads and the site now allows access to images. However, now I cannot mask downloads. Please help. Need this to work asap.

Hello, anyone there? Is there support for this plugin? I thought I was paying for this.

Hey guys,
let me pass this onto Barry. Hang on.

I think I have had better support from free services. Not renewing.

Can you let me know the URL of an image that produces the error and also give me a screenshot of your Downloads / Media tab of the membership options page and I can have a look.
Member (joined August 2009) Likes (0)
I have added four screenshots. Per my earlier message, if you mask downloads, all images disappear to users who are not logged in. If you unmask downloads (use same folder as uploads), non logged in users can see images.
Consequently, it is not possible to hide files. I am using the dlprotect plugin as a temporary measure.

The system would not let me upload all four images. Let's try them one at a time

Wow - [denied size] wp-content.png (412 KB) perhaps I can shrink it. Seems like a meager upload allowance size.

You could try zipping them and uploading the zip - think it allows that :/

Let's try this one - 150k

Can you switch the masking on (if you can) and let me have a url of a post that is giving the problem?
If you want, switch the masking on, view the page yourself and do a View Source, save the html and zip it up and post here. Then I'll work off the html and see if I can spot anything in that first.
Then you can switch the masking back off again.

Frustrating - [denied size] wp-content.jpg (150.6 KB)

Lets try a zip.

I can't leave the masking turned off. Attached is a .zip file with the code per your request. Here is the url:
http://intelli-touch.com/app-store/
If I could upload my screenshots, what you would see a blank area where the compass image is supposed to be.

What am I supposed to do? How can I show you anything when you won't accept any uploads?

How about pure code:

I thought you'd switched it off already? was thinking about the membership masking, until we get you sorted and it working - you don't want to leave your site crippled do you?

Sorry, I was not clear. The site is not currently masking downloads. I masked them momentarily, grabbed the code off of an affected page and then went back to not masking.

The html code that I posted is from a page while the site was masking downloads. The image http://intelli-touch.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Apps-BSP-300x257.jpg is not visible on the page. It is in the code, but is not visible to a non-logged in user.

Just had a thought :/ can you remove or comment out that line (add // to the front of it) and let me know what happens. That line isn't integral to the functionality (the important part is lower down).
Just so you know, I'm in the middle of rewriting this entire part of the plugin, so it'll be a lot different soon.

I don't know which line you are referring to.
