Hello,
We're trying to figure out how to allow members that sign up for our free subscription to upgrade to paid or higher plans.
The options page says
"If you would like your users to be able to see their subscription details and upgrade / renew them then also add the shortcode [renewform] on this or a linked page."
as well as
"You should limit the amount of time allowed between membership upgrades"
I've included a screenshot of what the account page looks like, nowhere do I see where they can actually upgrade, are my options wrong?

Look forward to a release of a functional Membership plugin. In the meantime, I ended up using Magic Members (magicmembers.com) - the only downside is it doesn't support Buddypress so I had to manually code some things in order to launch the website today.

Hey doppler.
Have you set up a second subscription plan with additional levels?
Are all levels and subscription plans active?
Thanks.

Hopefully we can use it next time.

Hey doppler.
Was just checking in on all my threads. I note you no longer need support here now.
If you do need anything else though, please feel free to open up a new thread and we will gladly assist. :-)
Take care.
