Hiya!
I've just checked this and don't get the same issue. Is this on all pages, or just the one? Have you tried adding a new page to see if it happens again?
Hi Phil,
I have two different pages that i have tried in full page and both insert "missing attachment" when set to full page and it disappears when set to default. also in full page the title is doubled with an arrow from the first to the second, i will attach a screen shot showing what i mean. i had the pages set as parent child at first, thought that might be the problem, set both as parent, didn't help, i trashed one of the pages and rebuilt it and got the same result. Maybe i will trash the other and try it. i used insert from word for my page content, don't know if that would matter.
no it shows either way, just for more clarification i had two pages set to full width, both displayed the missing attachment and doubled the page title, at first they were set with one as parent. i changed them to no parent and still no change. I trashed both pages and rebuilt them and still no change. I was using insert from word for my content, so i trashed one page again and rebuilt it just entering the content and still no change. I have since set other pages to full width and the same thing happens. The page title is doubled and missing attachment is inserted. if I change the pages back to default template they display normally. Using firebug i can find the code that is at issue and change it and get the page to display as i would like but of course that is only temporary. The url for the site i am working on is http://crossroadsnewlifefellowship.com/
on the page titled vision this is the code that is causing the issue
(<h2 class="posttitle">Our Vision ? Our Vision</h2>)
(<p class="smallattachment">Missing Attachment </p>)
i hope i did that correctly by putting the code in parenthesis
Hi Phil
I just found a forum topic that covers this exact problem only on Business feature theme. Tammie found the problem in that theme and corrected it, I'm thinking this might be the same issue if she could take a look at it. the topic is
Header of Full width page, Business Feature theme
thanks for your help!!!
I'll ask Tammie to jump in here as I haven't been able to see from that thread what the exact issue was in order to check whether it's present in this theme also.

I'm actually unable to replicate this. Can you please try removing all plugins and making sure you are using the latest download with no modifications in your child or parent theme please?
Hi Tammie
OK here is a brand new domain that I just set up and installed a fresh install of wordpress and WPMU business services. I deleted the two plugins that come preinstalled with wordpress, created a new page and that is all I've done. Oh and created a menu in order to get to those pages. I set both the page that I created and the sample page to full width in the page template dropdown and as soon as I do I get the double title and the "missing attachment" showing up. If I switch the pages back to default template in the dropdown the pages show normally, the double title and the "missing Attachment" go away. Here is the url if you would like to look at it, http://bearrivergutter.com/wp/
As I said in a previous post, another user was having the exact same issue in Business Feature, http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/header-of-full-width-page-business-feature-theme#post-138782
according to your posts in that thread you were unable to replicate that issue either, however, DavidM was able to see it and you were able to solve the issue.
Thanks for your help with this.

Unfortunately that was with a different theme so it's not clear as I can't replicate if it's actually the same issue. We can't assume it's the same at this point.
Can you confirm you are on the latest Business services? I will also add Mason into this thread as he also couldn't replicate when tested.
Hi Tammy
As i stated in my first post I am using wordpress 3.3.1 and Business Services 2.4.3, I last downloaded Business Services on January 13, so basically 10 days ago.
Thanks for your help!
And, in fact, that file shouldn't exist. So, do you have a child theme activated and have renamed it's root folder or is this the parent theme, in which case we need to figure what is making it look for the child.css.
The theme works correctly by default. What we're looking for here is something at the basic install/setup level that we haven't found yet. What's your hosting environment?
Hi Masonjames
I do not have a child theme activated, that is the parent theme, although the child is in a sub folder, comes that way. I am able to click on the link I provided and it takes me right to the front page of the site not sure why you are seeing the error unless you left the /wp off of the url. Wordpress is installed in a folder named wp so the /wp has to be on the url to get to the correct page. however when i go to the url without /wp it just takes me to the index not a error. The site is hosted on a hostgator reseller. Both sites that i have had the same issue with are on the hostgator reseller. I will try installing it on a different hosting and see what I get.
thanks for the help!
Hi all,
I loaded it on a site that is hosted on amazon cloud services and I did not have the problem. I then loaded it on a site on direct hostgator hosting, no reseller, and the same issue is there. Seems that may be where the problem is. Should I contact hostgator?
Hi all
well finally got through to hostgator support chat and their reply was they could think if no reason why their hosting would be causing the issue, as they use the same linux servers as every one else. Mason have you tried the Business services theme on hostgator? and if not do you have a way to try it and see if the same problem occurs? I am working on trying another hosting, if i can get it set up i will report my findings. I'm very frustrated I like a lot of things about this theme an don't want to completely abandon it. I already had to on the first site I tried it on in order to get the clients site done.

There are many, many different versions of Linux and many different possible web server software packages and millions of different configuration possibilities. I sense they're fobbing you off!
hi all,
Yeah, Phil I got the feeling the tech I talked to wasn't sure where to even start with that question!
Thats why was hoping Mason might be able to try it on hostgator. Still working on trying another hosting on this end. I found a very cool local wp program and set up a local installation with this theme and did not have the issue there either.

Hiya,
I have a client with one of their business packages (not sure what level) and I may be able to install this theme and give it a test in that environment. I don't think I have any test sites up on this particular solution at this point though.
Hello everyone
I was able to install the theme on a different hosting, and I experienced the same problem that I am having on hostgator. I installed on a test page on a site hosted by ipower http://www.hiscrossmatters.com/test/sample-page/
and the same issue occurs with the double page title joined by and arrow and "missing Attachment" inserted just below when I set the template dropdown to full page. If I set it to default the problem goes away. Same as what is happening on the other sites on hostgator.

Hello mobiepete,
Have you been able to figure this out? Or did you resolve this outside of WPMU? In either case, please share what worked for you, so that others who might end up with similar issue would benefit!
Until then, am gonna mark this as resolved. If its not, you know what to do :)
Hello All
No I have not been able to figure this out yet, I am still getting the same result on two different hosting accounts, it is not showing up on a third and Mason has not been able to replicate it on one of the hosting companies that I am having the issue on. So no this issue is still not resolved
Mason had asked some questions that I answered but have not had a reply on those questions yet.

Hiya,
Spent awhile today trying to replicate this and am still unable to do so. I've tried sub-directory/sub-domain single-site installs, multisite installs and literally every configuration I can think of.
I'm absolutely stumped as to what variable would create this issue. The best I can offer you is a simple CSS snippet to get rid of it. This will hide the issue on any install where you discover this problem until we can get to the root cause. Just add the following wherever you're implementing custom CSS:
.entry .smallattachment {
display: none;
}
I hope this temporary solution is acceptable. Thanks.

Hello all
I deleted the folder that I had installed wordpress in on http://bearrivergutter.com/
I did a fresh install of WP in the root of that domain, did a new download of Business Services theme, installed it in the themes folder, and deleted all plugins except Akismet, since it didn't make any difference if it was installed or not on other tests. I built a new "page" called Gutters, and set it to full width in the Template dropdown. I kept the sample page and left it as default template in the template dropdown and built a new "post" called windows. I also built a third page titled siding, that page I set the template dropdown to blog news and the problem is not there. The post, the blog news page and the default template page do not have the problem but the gutters or full width page has the missing attachment and the double page title. If I set the template dropdown on any page to default template or blog news the problem goes away. If I set the template dropdown to full width on any page the problem appears on that page. The problem only happens when I try to set a page to full width in the template dropdown on the page edit, and happens on any page that is set to full width. All pages are parents, the install is in the root, not a sub domain or folder and it is a single install. Sorry for the lengthy post but I would really like to find a solution and am hoping that this will help.
Thanks

Hiya!
As said via email, many thanks again for allowing us to access your site and take a look. After quite a bit of digging we were able to find an incompatibility with the theme's use of the full width template and archive templates. I've made the necessary code changes to the theme on your site and the next update of the theme will include these fixes.
Thanks again. Marking resolved in anticipation of the theme release.

Hiya mobiepete,
I've set this theme up on 3 different installs now and simply cannot recreate this at all.
On the link you provided I'm seeing an error:

And, in fact, that file shouldn't exist. So, do you have a child theme activated and have renamed it's root folder or is this the parent theme, in which case we need to figure what is making it look for the child.css.
