My input box for messages is missing (or hidden). How do I make it visible? I don't know if it's a conflict with another plugin so, I've disabled the ones that I thought may be causing it but nothing changed.
This seemed like a relatively easy thing to fix but, I don't know where to go to fix it.

I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to, can you clarify please?
In your screenshot I see the message box with the black outline directly below the "Message" text.

Sorry about that, you are correct, the Message and Subject input box is there, what's missing is the 'Send To' input.
I am unable to choose a recipient for my messages.
