Hi, im using the BP-corporate theme and is it possible to move the member Profile picture and its navigation bar at the left side bar? and only the Member activity stream at the center column... please help. thank you.

Hi anthzila,
Removing that section from the center is quite an extensive one that's bound to affect some crucial BuddyPress functionality and as such, really is not advised. If you must alter it, you'll find the relevant code for that section in the /bp-corporate/members/single/ folder, specifically the activity.php file.
Otherwise you may need to look into hiring someone to do it for you. For this, we have our Job Boards available here: http://premium.wpmudev.org/wpmu-jobs/

Regarding the profile being in the sidebar, I believe that would be a simple matter of using a widget to display profile options. There's one mentioned at the following, though I'll see if there's more.

Im not really a PHP coder. CAn you just help me customize it and what theme that is easier to do that?

It is possible, but it's definitely a heftier custom job.
A simpler way would be to use a profile widget. I found one, but it hasn't been updated in almost a year so not sure if it'll work:
