Is the latest version of multidb yet compatible with WordPress 3.1?
Yes, according to the Multi-DB plugin page it is updated and "Works perfectly with WordPress Multisite 3.1 and BuddyPress 1.2.8"
From our last release of multi-db onwards (baring any major database class changes on the WP side) we are future-proof as our multi-db class now hooks directly into the main WP class and simply overrides the methods it needs to.
