I installed the Multisite Analytics and also entered my UA Code into Network Admin options. However, it wasn't tracking my subdomains. Not until I placed my UA tracking code into my subdomains site using their blog options did it start to track those sites.

I thought it should track all subdomains with this plug in by just putting my code into network admin settings? thanks
