Does Anyone know how to show mutual friends on buddypress in a profile field or even a 'I am related to' profile field showing people on the buddypress powered site you are related to like Facebook does.
If not this would be really good to loo into...

Hey smartsites.
You know that is a fantastic idea for a widget. I've never needed it before but it would work well in my own setups thinking about it.
I took a little scout round but couldn't find anything solid. I've tagged a couple of people in on this one to see if they have heard or know of anything. :-)
Take care.

Have you seen Brajesh Singh's Friend Suggest plugin? Might work for you.

Hey pcwriter.
That is an excellent plugin and suggestion, but its to suggest new friends.
I believe smartsites is looking for a plugin which will show people what friends they have in common "Mutual Friends".
Take care.

WoOt for this request.
Users very much like to have as many of the Facebook features as possible, almost expect it :-P
This would be a good one, especially if it could display mutual friends upon a friend-request.

This would be an amazing feature to add to buddypress, and yes @dschulzjackson many people have already experienced Facebook so expect more when they join other social networks.
+1 to this
:D

Facebook does make it difficult, ,essing things up by adding things that people just seem to think should be available everywhere.
On the other hand though, many people are getting fed up of a networking site that bans you for networking with those you don't know, so offering an alternative is a good thing.
By the way, my chicken has laid many eggs today, can you help me to share them out...
