I installed this plugin, and when I login, I get the notification that I am logged in as the Membership Admin. Unfortunately, the owner of the website needs to ALSO be a Membership admin. She is already an Administrator. How do I make her a Membership Admin?

Just to add here, that if you want to add other users in the future, they must be a site admin as well other wise they name won't show in the "Membership/Options/Membership Admins," area.

For some reason the other admin accounts on our install can't access the membership areas. Is there a way to enable membership admin rights to a WP admin?

Thank you for the great question and the answer is while logged into the admin dashboard go to --> Membership --> Options --> Membership Admin tab and then you should see a list of possible admins, add a check mark to their name, save changes, and they are in.

Membership/Options/Membership Admins, put a check box next to her username, and then click Save.
That should do it....
