I'm trying to find an advertising plugin in which my viewer themselves can upload and pay for their ad w/out me have to touch anything. There aren't any available screen shots of how this plugin works on the homepage, do you have any so that I could see how it's set-up and where the ads appear on the website? thx.

Hiya,
This plugin doesn't deal with any kind of "pay for ads" feature. So I'm afraid it probably won't meet your needs.
