I tuned off all plugins except for automessage, reverted back to default theme, selected action and tryed to process form main menu and also from sub menu.
also removed plug in and re installed, also removed actioned and reinstalled.
signed up new user which came up but again would not let me process anything ?
I have changed action to Immediateand then done test sign up, this has come though on new sign up, it then has passed it to next one, i tryed to process this manually and does not do anything at all, also looks like there is still one stuck in wating to be process on.
the only thing i changed on the script was to allow 365 days instead of 31 ones days. when i re installed plugin this changed back so not sure as to why its not working as per it should.
I have changed next 2 actions for 1 day and 2 days i will see if i get these emaills.in next few days.
Have you changed any of the config settings in the config.php file? Can you post the contents of that for us so we know what settings your install is set to use?
Also i did not recive email that was set for today yet either,is tehre a way of totaly removing the pluging form wordpress & database and i can try and re install again ?
eg what tablesdo i need to delet in DB to remove it totaly and strat form scratch ?
Can you post the contents - as a few more options where added in later versions of the plugin) (and some switched from being off to being on by default, so I want to make sure that you have all the settings in there.

If you are still having an issue with this please let us know so that we may try to get you fixed up as soon as possible by choosing to mark this ticket as unresolved.

You have not hear form me becase i am waiting on responce from developer, seriously dont you read the post before you submit a responce to close the ticket ?
Its still not working, i have have put though another 2 test and also had some one join up last week and as the messages are not sending and if i go to process manual done work as well.

CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THIS COMPLETLY FORM DATABASE SO I CAN RE INSTALL FROM FREASH, IN THE HOPE THAT THIS WILL WORK.
I was able to locate reference to the Auto Message plugin in the database global -->wp_options thinking that it is here in globals due to the fact I have it network activated.
To help ease the pain and assist looking through the database, I offer you to download in what is in my opinion the greatest Database Management software of all time Navicat.
Please keep us informed with your progress in resolving this issue, and I am also going to see if I can get the lead developer in here to assist / give you some advice.
Barry, i have updated and looks like it manualy proccessed the q and i go message i am signing up a new account and will test will confirm 100% all is working.

Does the page even reload? Do you get any messages?
Can you also try deactivating all your plugins and reverting to the default theme temporarily to see if it'll process then?

yes created new user and get all the emails this seems to be working all fine, when i do this the user also goes into the q to be action.

everything is back to original as i re installed pluggin.
the only line i changed privously was to change form 31 days to 365 days

More info on this issue, 1st email goes out looks to get stuck on second email, wont let me process it manually, just sits in the Q and does not move.
