The test mail is going well but I can't sent other mails. It shows me that the process is finished but there is no mail in the box.

What sending method are you using, and how many e-mail addresses are you attempting to send out to?

I can't understand what you mean about sending method, I just press "send mail". I have about 10 users only.

Okay, do all other WordPress-related e-mails sent out okay, such as new user notifications etc?
Do you have any SMTP plugins activated?
Can you try sending with no other plugins activated please to check that it's not a conflict?

I don't have SMTP plugin activated and subscribe by mail (I think that was the name) is working well. Later I will deactivate other plugins but think that there is no conflict.
After I deactivated all other plugins the massage isn't delivered again.
I was having a similar problem just now and fixed it by running the sql.txt file that comes with the plugin.

Basically you need to make sure you have the 'wp_mass_mailer' table created in your database
