Hi,
We've had a few members report a bug with password reset. They're getting the "Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid." I see that this was an issue in WP 2.5 but can't find any references to 2.7

update on this:
Some users get the "Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid." but do get a password mailed out
others get the "Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid." and nothing...

I believe this issue is related to the activation keys in the database. It was a pretty big issue a while ago.
Try clearing out the activation keys in the database. If I remember correctly the problem is with keys that have certain characters in them.
