1. I uploaded pay-to-blog-paypal.php to my webroot (where wp-config.php is)
2. I uploaded the /pay-to-blog/ folder to /wp-content/plugins/ folder on my site.
3. Activated plug in and activated it in network.
4. Network Admin > Settings > Pay to Blog, entered the paypal email address and set an amount to charge users to get started for 1 month, 3 months or a year.
5. Everything looks good but I can't see anywhere to for someone to pay. I logged out and attempted to sign up a test blog as a different user. Signed up fine but don't see anywhere that asks me to pay or gives me option to pay.
Also, I set the demo period to 0 so that the user would have to pay right away.

Hiya,
A couple of questions:
1) Have you configured a "Demo Period">
2) Is the plugin installed in /mu-plugins/?
Thanks,
Andrew

I'm running WordPress 3.0.4. multisite enabled. I installed the Pay-to-blog plugin as per the instructions on http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/pay-to-blog/installation/. There was no install.txt found in the zip file.
