I'm concerned that you guys keep saying that Supporter supersedes Pay to Blog. They are so different and serve such a different purpose that I can't see why WPMUdev is making that call. I understand that supporter upgrade is coming, but I'm afraid that the Pay to Blog features may not be well represented in the upgrades.
Please consider in the making it possible to:
1. Simply pay to create a blog (using wp-signup not just the back-end)
2. Use text fields instead of drop-downs for pricing options.

Hi wecreateyou,
We definitely hear you regarding the two different purposes/capabilities represented by each plugin, we simply mean to say that Supporter provides for a lot more advanced configuration while being able to achieve very much the same effect as Pay to Blog.
That said, there's some pretty big plans regarding this all and I'll pass on your feedback to the developers for consideration in the process.
