Hi Team,
We use the Support plugin for our multi website.
We received a paypal payment by our clients, but the website didn't automatically upgrade to Pro Support/Website.
Is that correct?
We use:
WP: 3.2.1
Free Days = 0
Support: 2.2.8

Have you verified that the user went through the Supporter upgrade process within their dashboard in order to make the payment?

Nope, just one. It's strange, because the sandbox paypal works great.
I will wait for a new payment and check of it works well.

Uim, still the website won't upgrade by a paypal payment.
No stange IPN history.
Do you have any suggestion?
Would you like to try it on the website? Maybe it will help you..

Is the supporter-paypal.php file in your webroot? And is it accessible?
Also turning on IPNs in your paypal account so you can see the history would be helpful.

Strange, the file wasn't there. Fix it right now and it works.
