I believe they all have changelogs. The ones I just double checked all have changelog.txt files in there. I don't recall ever seeing one here without one. (Have to admit that that's pretty much standard for me double checking when I do upgrades, not just on wp either.)

Hiya,
We're not going to be changing versions of the plugins. It's just not something we're interested in doing. We are going to be making it easier to tell which version of wpmu a plugin is compatible with though.
@drmike ,some do , SEO and Sitemaps don't, and the one I'm looking at "Support" is incomplete. Says:
Those two are really the only exceptions. We don't develop the SEO plugin (we just provide a WPMU friendly version). I'll fix the Support plugin changelog.txt tomorrow.
Since we've discussed all of this several times before I'm going to go ahead and close this thread.

I'd also like to see a change log inside the plugins.
