I've gone through these support tickets and haven't found anyone with this issue (outside of one other person who just didn't reply).
My PopUp is showing up, and the Active Rules are working properly as well.
The only issue is that the content I attempted to add doesn't show up. It simply shows up as a white box.
Disabling JS and selecting 100x100 as its location works as well.
So what am I doing wrong?
If I could get the content to show up I'd be all set!
Thanks,
MENet
EDIT:
Here is the code I'm trying to display.

Hi Middleearth,
I actually just tested this on a blank test site and I could see the ad display just fine there. Could you possibly try disabling other plugins first off, to see if there's a conflict there?
You may also be able to spot a conflict using Firebug for Firefox or Google Chrome's inspection tool. Any relevant error messages should appear in the Console tab in either of those tools.
There might just be an issue with the settings as well and if you could provide a screenshot of your settings for the popup, that may help to get to the bottom of this.
I'll also tag a couple of the other guys over here as I know the blank popup issue was mentioned recently but I can't recall the resolve, so I'm hoping one of them might know.

Same problem here. Tried disabling all plugins, still nothing shows in the popover. Console in Firebug reports no errors.

Hiya Middleearth,
This plugin is working for me as well. Included in the plugin is another small plugin called "Test Head Footer". Search your plugins for it and activate it. Does it give you any notices about the header and footer in our theme?
Also, your site is awesome. I may have to join myself :)

Ah yes, I totally forgot about the test footer, incredibly useful for debugging. Funny too Mason, I was thinking of joining up as well as I'm a fantasy fan (lots of D&D history, I'm a true nerd). :)

Tried activating the "Test Head Footer" plugin, got the following notice:
Your active theme:
Has the call to <?php wp_head(); ?> but it is not called directly before </head>
Has the call to <?php wp_footer(); ?> but it is not called directly before </body>
By the way, thanks for the kind words regarding our site guys! We would love to have you as members!!!

I should point out as well, that although a blank popup does appear - the content is always completely white and blank, despite there being text and/or code in the appropriate places.

Greetings Middleearth,
I could not get your image code to work in my html editor but this code does work:
Try it and let me know .....
Cheers, Joe :-)
Update: your code was not working until I copied and pasted it to notepad and then again copied and pasted from notepad to html editor. Straight copy and paste added extra characters to the code :-(

With "Test Head Footer" plugin activated, I get no message on SimpleMarket, but get the following on GridMarket:
Regardless of the active rule(s) applied, the popover appears completely blank, whether image or text is entered, logged-in as admin or as a normal user.
Tested on WP3.3.1 with all other plugins disabled.

This seems to be a theme issue.
Our theme is rather complex and created in a way as to allow us maximum flexibility throughout our design process. Is there anyone we could talk to about getting this plugin to work?
I'd really like to see this up and running on our site.
Cheers!

3.1 from here doesn't work, however the 3.1.4 from wordpress site works instantly.

I'm not sure our site is in a position to back peddle on WP releases. =P
It would be nice to get this fixed, that is for sure.
If anyone is out there that feels comfortable getting involved on helping us with this, we'd be more than happy to take your advice or thoughts.
Cheers

Hello Middleearth,
I went over to your site (great one btw) and i didn't see the pop-up, so am assuming this isn't fixed yet. Can you please send me a screenshot of the pop-up plugin settings page so that I can have a look?
Also, did you check if this is some sort of plugin conflict? Try disabling plugins one by one and check to see if the pop-up appears.
Let me know, would be more than happy to help.

Hey Middleearth,
I wonder where you went. Until you return with the cookies and re-open the thread. I am gonna mark this as resolved.

For what it's worth, I had similar problems with the popup showing up blank (white box). This occurred when I only had text in the popup. When I replaced the text with a png image, it looked fine. Combination of text and image resulted in only the image being displayed.
So it appears that text does not get displayed in the popup.

Our web folks have got the plugin working.
I thought we had closed this topic a while back.
Sorry for not being more clear :)
Seems to be working now. Not sure what the issue was...

Greetings Middleearth,
Thank you for letting us know. perhaps it was the last version that Barry put out that did the trick.
In any event I am happy to hear that this issue is resolved and that it is working for you.
Cheers, Joe
