Hi All,
I do not have the ability to change the positive/negative rules in the membership plugin via the "access levels" configuration area. I looked at p.37 of the membership how-to guide, and my screen is missing the ability to drop in the specific rules (see my screenshot attached). The check boxes and add/remove, update sequence does not work either.

Well looking at your screenshot it seems you are missing some styling there and probably other things there.
I would presume this is either a conflict or an issue with the original install.
Also just wondering what happens when you try your site with out the HTTPS?
Can you please FTP to your webspace, delete the plugin and then download a fresh version, unpack it and upload. Once done check out the Access Levels screen again.
If that does not work then we will need to test other things like turning your plugins and themes off.
