Can I set which WPMU page is the checkout page? I installed pro sites on a certain network and for that network, the page does not shown the payment options.
How can I fix the checkout page to actual show the levels....

Hi infotechd,
The checkout page needs to be setup in the settings. If you've got that set already could you provide a screenshot for reference so we can see how you've got that setup?
Thanks,
David

Hi infotechd,
That's just really strange. I've not seen anything like that reported before, it's just not getting to your checkout page when selecting to Edit the page.
Pro Sites should have auto-created a 'Pro Sites' page on your main site with the slug /pro-site/. Have you changed anything with that page? Perhaps unpublished or set it as a draft?

Thank David.
It never created a page for that specific WMPU.
Would deleting the database tables for the pro sites and delete the plugin and repeating solve it? If so, which tables?
If not, what is a good way to redo everything w.r.t pro site and get the page created.

When you first install the plugin a page is created based on branding. You can of course change the title and page content but this wont change the slug. For this you need to go delete that page, not just trash it but delete it permanently. Then pop back to the Pro Sites settings page and save it again.
It will generate a page based on the branding you defined there.
wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=psts-settings
This should sort your issue out. I've included some screen shots for example. :-)
Hope this helps

When you remove the plugin, it doesn't remove everything form the database.
Just to be sure it is not a conflict can you deactivate all plugins and then test to see if this is still the case. If not then re-activate each one, one at a time until the issue comes up again.
You could also try with the default "Twenty Eleven" theme to ensure it is not a theme conflict.
Please let me know how you get on.
Take care.

Hello Tim,
I know you are trying to officially resolved this issue but I really need help here. I tried all of that but the page NEVER was created.
I also removed the page that it links to from the database.... Can I go into the database and define a new page slug? what tables are used?

I see its been nearly a week now on this issue for you, can you go ahead and send in an email with your site details and network admin control.
Make it to my attention and I'll have a look. :-)

We can investigate there further if that is OK?

All done, I saved the settings page and now the pro-sites slug on the front works.
I responded over E-mail as well.
If you have any more issues or need any more help then just let us know in the forums :-)

In the dash you should have a "Change Details" button, that takes you to the admin. Is this not happening for you?

Hello Tim,
I tried had set it via what is shown on the attached. I thought that would have changed it. I never really tried going to the actual WP dashboard to do it.
Thanks alot because going directly to the WP dashboard did the trick
;)
