Sorry about that.... Been very busy... Got it fixed... It was when I network activated every single theme within my network... Fixed by network activating single themes.... Thank You

Welcome to the Community!
Are you on a WordPress Single Install or a Multisite? switch_to_blog() is a Multisite function, and Pro Sites need Multisite to work.
Also, are you using the latest version of WordPress?
