Pro sites is getting hung up on creating a new site. It sends the confirmation email, however when I click to activate it, is gives me the option to create that site again saying that name is available.
Thank you for any suggestions!

Hey there.
Pro Sites doesn't create the site, that part of the process is left with WordPress.
Pro Sites is a blog upgrade plugin so I'm confused is the issue whilst trying to upgrade a site? Or make payment?
Or is this whilst signing up with WordPress?
Could you provide a link and some test account details so I may see pro sites? You can delete the test account details afterwards.
Thanks.

That sounds a lot like a problem I had two weeks ago.

So that was happening on the redirect once the site is created?
And you fixed it by totally deleting the checkout page and then regenerating.
Thanks for posting Troy, its appreciated.
Hey playhays, please let me know if that fixes your issues.
Take care.

yep, it was really weird. I had to change the branding of Pro Sites (in prosites settings) first before it would allow me to regenerate the check out page.

I've not had that personally, but good to know how you resolved it, I really appreciate your dropping in to mention it.
Thanks Troy!

Hello,
Thanks for making the suggestion troykd. I tried that however it did not resolve the issue.
Timothy,
I will clarify. From the admin I am able to create new sites at will with no problem.
When I log out and go to the signup page,
I enter the username
email address
site domain
site title
I then receive and email with sub.domain.com/wp-activate.php?key=cc99a9456d77c3e3
When I click that link in the email it takes me right back to the sign up page, at the bottom of the page it says "The site you were looking for, http://sub.domain.com/ does not exist, but you can create it now!"
Thanks for your help! I wish deleting the check out page had worked!
I would be happy to email you a link if you would like to see what I am talking about.

Just as an update. The hang up was a plugin called MiniMu.
