OK. I just drafted this topic with a long description about what I though might be a glitch. Now I realize it was my misunderstanding. :-\

Is there any why to make the Posts Quota in Pro Sites a DAILY quota of posts that can be published for a certain site level? If not, please feel free to move this topic to Feature Requests.

I realize now that quota is accumulative, for the total of all posts in the given blog. We would like to limit Free sites to publishing one post per day, while allowing more daily posts on blogs with higher Pro Sites levels. We would still like the Page Quotas to remain accumulative.

Please advise if there is any way to do this with the current version. If not consider it a feature request. Thank you!
