Greetings Alan,
Please provide a screen shot of the "extra" fields and I found when visiting your site that even selecting the free level shows the same fields as the paid levels.
The registration also seems to be customized to some degree.
Please advise indicated with a screen shot what fields do not belong.
will check now my wife took really ill earlier tonight rushed in surgery tomorrow - I will check over all sites tonight - so i got nothing outstanding to do

soz for lack of info I have no internet access at hospital with my wife -
the only profile fields should be forename, surname, email address plus a captcha !
I don't know how the rest has appeared !
Can you help me resolve I cant leave her bedside for next few days perhaps a week its going to be touch and go !
I will try and log back in early morning UK Time !
