When I log in and out, and hitting the button to do so, all I get is a blank page that says "301PermMove", nothing more.
Additionally, occasionally when I arrive at my page, I do not have to sign in, I'm already logged in, and this is after I have cleared all cache from my browser. I have also had visitors tell me the same.
Lastly, sometimes I have to log in 3 or 4 times before the site actually logs me in.

Hiya Tim,
That is definitely odd. Is this a new installation with the latest version of the theme or an upgrade? We just released a new version a few days ago. We haven't had any other reports of this issue. Can we get a link to your site please?
Perhaps this is a problem with Ultimate Facebook plugin? Tim, are you using Ultimate Facebook plugin? Try to deactivate it to see if it fixes. I think I've experienced Ultimate Facebook plugin with the login/logout problem. Not sure though... still guessing!
Hey guys, not a new wordpress install, been using it for a while. I am. However, using the newest version of WP, BP and all themes and plugins have been updated to the newest version. I am running the Ultimate Facebook plugin but had the same issue with it deactivated. Thanks for the good thinking though!!

hi tim
seem like a browser or server cache issue....if i visit the site..i'm not logged in tho.
so that mean if a registered user logged in and then logged out but they still appeared to be loggedin right?
maybe a cookie not cleared issue.
if using normal login (not fb one) and logout, are the issue still occur?
This was never a problem until the latest release of the Social plugin. I have deactivated and reactivated, same problem. I currently do not have a cache plugin in my WP installation and my browser clears everything once closed. 100% of the time, when I login, I still get the boy with the hat on, it never changes to the appropriate page for logged in users. Also, clicking "Log In" at the top left of the screen has a totally different effect as opposed to clicking to the right of the "hat boy". Maybe this is supposed to be, but I doubt it...
Also, sometimes when "Log Out" is clicked, it says, 'Are you sure?", although, most of the time, nothing happens at all. Do you want print screens of anything? Do you want me to crete you an account? Just really want to get this resolved.
As always, thanks so much for your help! You guys rock!
Richie, any further thoughts or insight? This is a big problem for me. Like I said, sometimes I have to log in when I get to my site, most times not. When I do, one of two things will happen. I will be taken to the Member "Activity Stream" (main screen in my site), which is the correct function or to the page which visitors will see. That would be the hat boy screen. I thought the Quick Cache plugin may help, but to no avail. If Richie is not around, has anyone else seen this or had this problem?

Hi Tim,
I'll see how I can help. I've got a test site up using the theme and am not experiencing any issues with the login procedure but I have a few questions that I didn't see asked here.
To start with, are you using the very latest version 1.2.6?
Does the same issue occur when logging in at yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?
Could you try the same login through a different browser?

Hiya,
As we haven't heard back from ya with any response in awhile I'm gonna mark this one resolved. If you'd like to go through anything further, feel free to re-open this thread. Alternately, you can also always open up a new one.
I've emailed with DavidM and he told me that he would put the info into this ticket. I've not received any answers, just been waiting for a response....
1. login/not login issue
- might be a cookie issue, you said you are still login even though you log out already right?
2. the top featured img ( boy with head bag )
- this only showed for not logged in user, when you logged in, the section will not show.
also you current homepage were set to show activity right?
i think the problem here would be some cache or login cokkie issue.
you can email me via contact user/pass so i can checked.

i see there's a quick cache note in footer, is that maybe the cause?

I put that on last night hoping that it may help. It does not seem to have made the issue any better or any worse.
