I have the membership plugin installed.
But the file download protection doesn't seem to work. It does 2 different things, it will either protect the download from everyone or it is open to everyone.
I have followed the steps correctly but it isn't working. Any ideas?

We have not heard back from you as to the status of this issue.
If you are still having an issue please let us know so that we may try to get you fixed up as soon as possible by choosing to check mark this ticket as unresolved below and posting any new errors or symptoms you are noticing.
This action will also bring your ticket up front back in plain view again within the ticket system.

Hiya @drumpro,
Have you setup protected groups and assigned them to individual levels? That would be the best way to go about it.
Also, can you go through and tell us what versions of WordPress and Membership you're using, etc. Any details would be helpful in assisting with this.
