Andrew,
or someone having the answer, I just started noticing a problem viewing the blogs list in admin now that I have two pages. It works fine in firefox but in ie it kicks the main content of the page down below the left menu.
here are some screen shots to look at http://ismyblogs.name/ffss.jpg < firefox, this ones fine http://ismyblogs.name/IEss.jpg internet explorer, main content kicks down below left menu http://ismyblogs.name/IEss2.jpg internet explorer, scrolled down so you can see where the content starts.

In your browser, go View -> View Source. (Doing this in IE would probably be best since that;s the one messing up.) Copy the html code from the view source and save it to a new html file. Upload that somewhere where the web can see it, make sure you;re logged out of mu, and run it through the validator.

Is there any html other than the link in the "Welcome. click here before you..." message? I'm assuming that's the tips or admin message plugin?
Thanks,
Andrew
