Um, why does the sql have the charset of latin1? Shouldn't it be utf8?

Ditto on the premium plugin.
Should these be changed back or leave them be?

Nah, they should be utf8. I was probably making heavy use of cut/paste when coding those two. I've made a note to fix those two and check the others.
