Just a quick question about our server. Looking at the processes running, there's a user that keeps coming up, 'mailman'. It's using very little memory but there seems to be a lot of them at any particular time. Attached is a view of what we have going on...is this normal or should we be concerned?

Mailman is a script software that, along with other things, sends out mail to mail lists. If you're running a lot of those processes, either they're hanging, someone besides you is running those mail lists on your box, or your box has been hacked.
Your best bet would be to contact Hostgator support directly, tell them you've noticed a "large number of mailman processes running on your box/vps/whateer and ask them to look at it."
And please ask them what OS you're running so you know for future reference. There are many different versions of Linux OS and many of them are quite different.
