The login redirect plugin works great for a single language.
I have 3 languages and I want to redirect according to the language
that the user is associated with.
How can I do that??

I am a little confused on how you are handling multiple languages. Isn't the translation handled automatically?
Here is an idea. Redirect them to a welcome page and give them the language options there. The user can click on the language of their choice and get started. What do you think?
