I don't know how to request a plug in for consideration, but I've been thinking a lot about the type of functionality that would be great to encourage community engagement over time. While we use the auto-message, it would be better if I could set the following types of parameters:
send message X (e.g. "Hey, you haven't posted in a while.")
if user hasn't posted in X days (e.g. only email members who don't post within 25 days)
and they've been a member for X days (e.g. only email members for first two years after joining)
If there is a way to do this, would definitely love for someone to point me to it. Otherwise, I'd love to see this get built.

Hey teachforus!
Thanks for the suggestion!
FYI we have a Feature Suggestion area to which I've moved your post - you can add ideas for new plugins or updates to existing plugins in there too!
We actually do something like this on our sister site, BuddyDress. I have a feeling this is achieved through our Membership plugin, but I'll ask Tammie to respond with detail on that for you!
Adding the text from my other post to help with searching for folks in the forum:
The thought is that we should have a plugin we can set to email a user if they haven't done a specific action within X days within a specific time period.
This would be a huge step to drive engagement and user stickiness for contributing over time.
(Example 1 and 2 would yield different results)
Example 1: Send message if user A does not log in for 30 days AND registration date is within two years of today.
Example 2: Send message if blog B does not have a post within last 30 days AND registration date is within two years of today.
