Hiya all !
Long time huh !
Well, a question : what roles are allowed to access support system exactly ?
I use multisite in a very specific way (as a hosting platorm for sel developped sites in fact) and so users does NOT have admin acces but only editor or author.
Does support system is accessible to those roles ?

Ok I've tested and here are the results.

Author
Contributor
all of those can submit a ticket and see the Support Menu
Subscriber can see menu and FAQ questions but not submit tickets.
