I just updated to the latest BP Community theme and it seems the rollovers in my navigation menus are no longer working. I had the Classifieds plugin installed which has the "My Classifieds" sub-menu and that isn't showing up. I didn't test with other sub-menus though. I tried clearing my cache to be sure, but it was still happening. I'm using Chrome on OSX Lion.

Hiya,
As we haven't heard back from you we're going to assume the problem was sorted out and mark this ticket as resolved.
If it wasn't resolved, or you have any more questions related to this thread please feel free to post them below and tick the 'Mark as Not Resolved (re-open)' box below the post area (or else we'll miss it!)
Otherwise, thanks for using the forums, and for being a member of WPMU DEV, it's a pleasure to help you out and we look forward to being of assistance in the future.
Not resolved. I spoke to Tammie in chat and she commented in this thread that there is potentially a bug because she was able to verify the problem. I haven't heard from anyone after that.

hi are you on child theme?
some child template may need to update.
without any plugin activated except buddypress, using custom menu and save for both top navigation and main navigation, did both nav cannot produce dropdown?
No child theme. Have you checked with Tammie? She verified this as a bug already. Please try to reproduce it from a clean install. It took her less than 5 minutes to verify.
Yes. The "My Classified" does not show up after I updated the theme to the latest version.
Like I said, Tammie was able to reproduce this in live chat in about 5 minutes. Since she's part of your staff, I would think it'd be easier to just follow up with her to troubleshoot. Sorry if I seem short with you. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm really starting to get impatient with the bugs in the themes/plugins I've tried since paying for the membership.
I honestly don't have time to troubleshoot this myself. I said over and over again to ask Tammy since she works for you guys and confirmed it herself. Until she chimes in and says that her test was invalid, there is clearly a problem somewhere. I paid for these "premium themes and plugins" so I didn't have to worry about the headaches of dealing with the other stuff in the WP community and fixing things myself. At this point, I'm just going to use a different theme and hope for the best. This is honestly the most frustrating support experience I've had for a service I paid for.

Hiya!
What version of WordPress are you on? I've just tested this and it's working fine for me.
Try de-activating all plugins to see if it's a plugin causing a conflict with the relevant styling rules.
Thanks,
Phil

I'm using WP 3.3, bbPress 2.0.2, and the latest versions of the theme and classifieds plugin.
I've deactivated all plugins except BuddyPress (I was only using Classifieds and bbPress), cleared cache again, and it's still happening.
Yes, I am using custom menus. I tried deleting and re-creating the menu, cleared cache and it's still happening.
thanks,
rob

Just created in Live Chat where the sub menus do not work with custom menus. Please can this be checked as a potential bug to top navigation.

Hiya,
Thanks for the feedback sorry for the delay on response. Richie's on holiday for the Chinese New Year. I'll make sure this gets his attention though.
Thanks!

hi technota
i've already tested them with latest wp/bp and latest bp-community
and everything seem working fine...fresh install everything.
the submenu are working fine with or without using custom menu or classified plugin.
when using classified, you'll have a menu on order
classified
- my classified
is this correct?
