Hello, I am using your dashboard rss plugin, and the primary RSS works great but the secondary does not load. It displays the loading , but then nothing loads and it remains blank. any Ideas?

Have you tried another feed just to verify that it is indeed a problem with the plugin? I ask because the feed you mentioned seems to have a few issues:

The first error (mime type) is probably the main problem.
Thanks,

Andrew, I know previously wp has had issues with importing an Atom feed which is what this feed is saying it is. That wouldn't come into play here, would it?

That's a good point. I don't believe it imports Atom feeds correctly. I've never had any luck with it anyway.
Thanks,
Andrew

Does the upgrade to a newer version of magpie fix that? I can't remember and I'm running out the door to play volunteer.
I seem to remember a discussion or half dozen on trac about upgrading magpie. if you use feedwordpress, I know you ahve to.

Also, I'm not completely sure this is a Atom Feed issue. Ive tried several combinations and Ive got the Massively Feed to work, but then the primary feed dosnt display.....

Take a look at the feedwordpress plugin. The designer went to some length on describing what needs to be done and I believe includes a version of magpie that works on wp.

I'm torn on this as well at it being an Atom issue and suggest keeping a copy of your previous version handy.

Ive done a work around... I took the Massively feed and created a Feedburner feed, thus converting it to RSS. So now i have the massively feedburner feed in the secondary RSS area, and IT WORKS! lol Kind of a cheap work around.. and im sure that its probably illegal for some reason or another.. but it works :(

So the RSS feed from FeedBurner works for secondary dashboard feed?
Thanks,
Andrew

Yes, the feedburner RSS feed works.
I took the Original Feed, and created a Feedburner Feed linked to the original Atom Feed. I thought it was a long shot, but i guess it worked.

Taking this off my list then. Seems it works just fine with RSS feeds.
Thanks,
Andrew
