How can I show the Social Marketing ad in every posts automatically? For example, at the end of the posts, or at the very start of the post content?

Another question:
On this screenshot http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/social-marketing/installation/ , there is a "Popup box" setting, which allows you to select "Colorbox", but I don't see this setting in my plugin?

Here's how to show it on every post:
1. Install this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ad-manager-for-wp/
2. Add an ad in Social Marketing
3. Go to a post, click the bullseye to insert a social ad, and copy the shortcode
4. Go to Settings/Ad Manager and add a new ad
5. Configure it how you like...I attached an image of what I did

As for the pop box - it was removed with the current version - I saw that after digging through the code.
