Hi,
I've been working on this for hours but have given up and now turn to the forum for help.
I've got my gateway configured as PayPal Single Payments but whenever people click on "Sign Up" nothing happens - it just redirects back to the page with the subscription types on it.
Would appreciate any help you might be able to provide.
Regards,
John

If it helps, when I click the link it has the following at the end of the URL:
?action=registeruser&subscription=5
I have no clue what's causing it to refuse to head to the payment gateway.

I am assuming you are using the Pro Sites plugin. Make sure that the Paypal Mode is set to a live site and that your Paypal api settings are entered in.

I am using the Pro Membership plugin but haven't seen any indication that PayPal API settings are required?
Thanks for the reply. :)

As an aside, I've got the same issue as some of the other posters with regards to the Automatically renew coming up despite it being a finite subscription.

Thanks but that makes no reference to an API for PayPal. ;)

Hiya @whitcombej,
Could we get a link to the site please? There's a few reasons this could happen, but getting to look directly at it would be a big help.
Thanks!

The site is locked off from public access I'm afraid. Shall I send it through as an email?

Hiya,
Yes, if you send through the email I'll take a look (make sure the user you send has access to membership admin rules).
Thanks!
*Edit* Saw they were already sent. Will take a look this evening. Thanks!

Hi!
Just checking in :)
I'm guessing that because we haven't heard back from you that you've got your issue worked out or that we have reached the end of our convo here. If you are still having problems or need any other answers on this particular topic please feel free to come back to this thread at anytime. Just be sure to mark it Not Resolved so we don't miss it!
This ticket is only being Resolved due to lack of activity. It is by no means an action to avoid, brush off or minimize your issue. We are ready and here if you want to re-open at any time and I apologize in advance for any lack of communication if this ticket is being closed in error.
Thanks for using the WPMU Community!

Hi Kimberly,
Nope - this ticket is still pending. I've sent quite a few emails asking for confirmation that this issue is being addressed but have received no reply.
Mason has confirmed the issues exists and is apparently contacting the developer but it's been a while since the last update.

Hiya @whitcombej,
As I mentioned over email we're having a hard time figuring this one out as it's not reproducable on our installs. We haven't given up, but until we can find the root cause it's pretty rough going.
Did you get the beta release I sent over? Any change there? Thanks.
