I receive an error message:
Simple Sitemaps file "sitemap.php" not found. Please move it to /wp-content/ before activating.
I guess is missing AIO SEO Pack. How to upload and configure?

This plugin has some specific requirements for where items need to be installed. Open up your ftp program and follow the instructions here:

The installation page is missing sometimes. installation page didn't teach us to download and upload AIO Pack.
Question:
1) Just upload sitemap.php or entire AIO Pack?
2) Where to upload those files?

The latest version 1.0.4 is missing "all-in-one-seo-pack" folder and "all_in_one_seo_pack.php".
Please solve it.
