Just installed the plugin. When I do a status update, the Status widget is only displaying a little question mark icon where the thumbnail image should be displaying. Is it a permissions issue? If so, what directory? If not, what might be the cause?

Tried another link and got an image in the widget. Strange, because I get an image in preview with the first URL, but no thumbnail in the status widget upon posting. Is there someplace with some more extensive documentation? I've got other questions.

We have not heard back from you as to the status of this issue.
If you are still having an issue please let us know so that we may try to get you fixed up as soon as possible by choosing to check mark this ticket as unresolved below and posting any new errors or symptoms you are noticing.
This action will also bring your ticket up front back in plain view again within the ticket system.

Correction: Its not showing an icon either. No image.
