I have installed the support system on my wpmu but I can only displayed the videos as an administrator. It is visible in users interface but the videos does not opens.

When I log in as a user, visit the support tab, then the video tutorial tab and click on a link the link defaults back to the dashboard. I had the same problem as an admin. Solution was to create a page called "videos" but that only works for the admin and no other users. Any suggestions?

Hiya,
I just set this up on one of our test installs and I can't seem to replicate the problem. If they above suggestions don't help could you please send access details for your site so I can see exactly what's happening?

We'll be testing all plugins when we're checking for 2.7 compatibility and we'll fix any issues we find. At the same time though we'll be updating plugins for 2.7 compatibility. So while this issue will get resolved, I can't guarantee the new version of the plugin will work with 2.6.5.

Did you Make sure that this file incsub-support-videos.php Went across into the /mu-plugin/incsub-support/incsub-support-videos.php
Are all you videos in the
wp-admin/support/videos/
Some Basics to start, My install went perfect and Ive not herd of this before although I've only been around for a month or two

When you hover over the link, what does the link look like in your status bar along the bottom of the browser?
Wondering if the link is incorrect.

I have similar issue. "support" link is only available when logged in as admin. Has there been any resolution? I am using WPMU 2.6.5 -thx
