make this function optional...
function supporter_plugins_disable_plugins()
I've got some plugins I want to run, but don't want them to have access to be able to install other plugins.

Users can't install plugins.

And if you want to limit specific plugins to supporters only use WPMU Plugin Manager.

I will try the plugin manager.. I have a couple plugins that need to run when an account is created. wp-e-commerce and a custom plugin.
I had to comment out that function else it was turning off those plugins that were to be auto-installed sitewide.
