The thing is, the Support link in the left menu, does not fit into the site.

How does one access the support page from the end-user perspective? I don't want to add a static page, and wrongfully assumed that a page would automatically be created. What am I missing here?
Running WPMU 2.7 and installed this plugin today with the 2.7 compatible one.

Thank you -- I added FAQs and created categories for the support system, but am missing that critically piece: displaying it in the interface, LOL> I feel like I am missing something super obvious.

Just installed this, so far pretty sweet, no problems here that I can tell.
Question though: did you remove the video functionality? I was able to embed a video on the same page as an FAQ answer just fine....just wondering if there's something else I should know about.
Nice job! Simple and just plain works it looks like.

Ok, looks like I spoke too soon:
1. menu display that's mentioned above is an issue for me after all
2. display: is it the case the only users who are admins for their blogs can see the Support menu? So far that's how it's working for me. No other roles can see it, just admins.
I have all my FAQs entered, nearly all of them with embedded video...so In can't wait to get this working.

Andrew, regarding Support plugin menu in WPMU 2.7 there are two issues:
* Menu as it was mentioned above
