Hi,
In Support System, is there any way to add something to the Dashboard? I think it would be ideal for there to be a summary of any open tickets, or other information (maybe top FAQs).

Hiya Mark,
You mean like a dashboard widget that showed support stats or something? Not something that's currently built in, but if enough users were keen on it, I can see that being valuable.
Any +1s on this? What would you like to see implemented?

Yeah, or even something more simple that could appear in the main dashboard widget where the Akismet stats and such appear. Even a simple sentence ("You have 1 unanswered support ticket.") would be fine.
