Dear friends,
my tickets do not have right time stamps. They are not in UTC (as it is declared), but in UTC - 5 hours.
I need them for my clients in Real time UTC + 2 hours (every time from my attachment should start with 10 hours).

Hi,
my client WordPress time setting is UTC+2, but ticket creating time is still UTC-5 :-( . (It should be 9:56, but it is 2:56.)
I cannot find any time setting for Super Admin.

Greetings Martin,
As you may or may not be aware I oversee a whole lot of tickets per month averaging right now minimum 50 a day and recently I noticed a trend that the time zones specified in WordPress by the owner are being ignored to some degree though I have not yet been able to determine if it is WordPress itself or what but this is of course prior to WordPress version 3.4.1
I have a direct client that even drip fed posts are following the servers time zone setting and disregarding the settings in Word Press.
I still have the lead developer of the Support System plugin tagged for comment/advice here, but just wanted to share this observation with you.
Please advise if you had any advance in figuring this issue out by any chance?

Hello Martin,
I tested it out, and you are right, they are not in UTC but UTC-5
Will let the developer know. Thanks for the heads up. We sure can figure out something for you :)

Fixed in 1.7.2.1. Now times are localized to user's timezone. Thanks.

Greetings Martin,
Thank you for your additional feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
What is the time zone of your server?
I think this is what the Network Admin uses for the zone.
Please advise.
Cheers, Joe

Hi Joe,
I have HostGator hosting. It seems they are in GMT -5 hours timezone.
