Please find a pre-release of the much awaited update attached.
In this release:
* Fixed database tables not created on plugin activation
* Uses AJAX to save "Was this Helpful"
* Change text of the main menu item
* Removed html entities in the mail
* Self contained plugin
Extract the archive and place the content in mu-plugin . If you are having issues with the old version please give this a try. Looking forward for everyone's feedback.

This plugin is not working. I can create a ticket but then can not do anything with it. See screen capture to see how clicking on a created ticket results in a blank screen. This would be a really helpful plugin but it looks quite untested. Can anyone offer help/advice? I would love to use this.

Hiya David,
I assure you this update was properly tested. Where is the plugin installed on your system? We did change the installation method/location with this version of the Support System plugin so that might be part of the issue.
Also, I'd try disabling some other plugins to see if something there is causing a conflict. Most of the time an error like this is caused by a plugin loading some competing javascript where it shouldn't.
Let us know and we'll help ya get it sorted. Thanks! :D
Thank you very much for getting back to me when you did. It turns out your plugin was working great. My server php had a strict configuration which was causing the trouble. It was very hard to trouble shoot. Sorry I blamed the plugin.
You guys offer great support. Thank you again.
David
