And you could also use a custom post type plugin, like CustomPress, to create a Testimonials custom post type, which you could then display on your front-end in various ways.

Just to mention, there are actually a number of existing testimonial plugins for WordPress, such as the following:

And you could also use a custom post type plugin, like CustomPress, to create a Testimonials custom post type, which you could then display on your front-end in various ways.
