Hi,
I dont know if this problem is about Woothemes or not, but having tried everything in their forums, I wanted to ask it also here.
I have a Wootheme with a slider and I am uploading a featured image there. Everything is done properly. However when the site is online, the image is not loading. When I check the source code I am seeing that the image source url is a long and irrelevant one like
http://.../wp-content/themes/biznizz/functions/thumb.php?src=/blogs.dir/14/files/2010/12/4.png&w=520&h=&zc=1&q=90
Can this be a problem about multisite. Can this be changed from source code or somehow. I have absolutely no idea. Any help why something like this might happen will be appreciated.

Hi akasya.
Woothemes! Who are they? hehe only kidding. Well they should really support you on this to be honest.
However I shall offer some.
Do you have a link to your site please?
So you have this theme on multisite and the slider your using is what? The slider pulls featured images from posts, correct?
Have you tried swicthing all other plugins off to see if it works then?
Do you use the Post indexer plugin from here?
You may need to post the code which pulls the image and displays it in the slider.
Sorry for all the questions but you did ask for our help ;)
Cheers

Hey there.
The long url there looks like Timthumb doing some resizing.
If you can provide the details above that would be helpful.
Just assigning this ticket to my feed.
Thanks.

Hello The Path and Timoty,
Thanks a lot for your attention. Woo themes unfortunately don't help at all, they are changing their ticketing system or whatever for more than a week. I am really disappointed with them and am not keen on working with them neither, but I need to have this one theme anyways.
The link: http://del.wordscloud.at/
The slider is there
The slider is embedded in the wootheme itself. It is pulling the slider from posts both as text and featured image.
I tried to disable all related plugins sliders, fancyboxes and stuff. That didnt help.
I dont use Post indexer, shall I try it?
How shall I post the code that pulls the image? Sorry. Where can I find it. Actually I thought about changing the image source url directly from the source code, but couldnt find out how to do it.
Many thanks again for your attention.

Hi,
just wanted to say I found a solution. Rather than using woothemes slide image uploader. I uploaded the image myself and worked on its css.
Thanks a lot.

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about your issues with Woo.
I have heard good things about them before, but I never use their support so I can't comment personally.
Anyway, I'm glad you found a solution to the issue you had.
Thanks for letting us know.
