I installed the TOS plugin per the directions and want to use it on a single WP/BP installation and have no access to the plugin via Settings. I can see it in the the Network Admin Settins, but do not want to use it there, only on a single site. It also does not show up in the plugins list for the individual site.

The TOS plugin is not compatible with single sites and only provides a ToS upon sign up to a multisite network.
